The departmental Community and Inclusion Committee aims to represent and serve all members of the Homer L. Dodge Department of Physics and Astronomy: undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, faculty, and staff. Correspondingly, the committee will always have at least one undergraduate student member, one graduate student member, and two faculty members. In addition, the committee may have a postdoctoral associate member and a staff member. Alternatively, a postdoctoral associate and/or staff can be appointed as liaison(s).
You can find the current members of the committee on the Members page. The committee’s guiding principles and goals can be found on the Committee Charge page. We invite you to share ideas and thoughts on activities and strategies that support the committee’s goals.
