Michiko Nakada received an M.A. in Japanese from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She joins the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the University of Oklahoma as a Japanese language instructor. Before coming to OU, she taught different levels of Japanese courses at various institutions such as Washington & Lee University, the University of Rhode Island, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
