John is a Ph.D. student studying nineteenth century Native American history. He received his B.A. in history and religious studies from the University of Utah in 2013, and his M.A. in history from the University of Oklahoma in 2016.
John’s current project examines the resistance and removal of Great Basin tribes during the 1850s and 60s.
