Gracie Bain (she/her) received her doctorate degree in English and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Arkansas in 2024. Her research primarily explores the intersections between neo-Victorian literature, gender, and true crime. While teaching writing, literature, and gender courses there, she encouraged her students to think critically and creatively about how we produce and encounter texts. She is excited to continue at the University of Oklahoma!
