The subject chemistry has always been very interesting from my perspective. During my high school years, the chemistry lab practical was one of the courses which I always looked forward to. My interest in chemistry developed quite a few years ago and has been growing ever since. Exposure to an excellent research environment during my Masters also nurtured my love for the subject. The research done at Stephenson Life Science Centre at OU is some of the best in the country and this provides us with numerous opportunities. My plan is to use the state-of-the-art resources provided at OU to develop my skills in the field of inorganic materials chemistry and then use them for the development of optoelectronic devices on an industrial scale.
