MSc. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing, China
I was introduced to biochemistry during my undergraduate studies, where I developed a keen interest in gene editing and protein engineering. My research experience spans various areas, including animal model research, as well as elucidating the roles of phytohormones, particularly melatonin, and small RNAs in crop improvement. I have also worked on analyzing proteins involved in plant stress response pathways and identifying hub genes associated with both abiotic and biotic stresses in Populus trichocarpa. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, The University of Oklahoma. In the future, I aim to contribute to research-based institutions or institutions that integrate both research and teaching.
