Shane Connelly, PhD
Professor of Psychology and Co-Director of the Center for Applied Social Research
Dr. Connelly is an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychologist who has conducted basic and applied research projects related to effectiveness and ethical functioning of leaders and employees in the workplace.
Her research interests include: leadership skills/capacities/processes, emotion displays and emotion regulation in the workplace, ethical decision-making and research ethics, online behavior of ideological groups/leaders/members/followers, technology uses and effects during the Covid-19 pandemic; and recently, vaccine misinformation.
