Michael Mumford, PhD
Dr. Mumford is an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychologist and eminent scholar of creativity, leadership, planning and ethics
His research interests include: forms of outstanding leadership (charismatic, ideological, pragmatic), leading for creativity and innovation in organizations, leader cognition and specific cognitive processes involved in planning and creativity, and responsible conduct of research and ethical decision-making. He is Senior Editor of the Creativity Research Journal and past Senior Editor of The Leadership Quarterly.
