Programs

Upon completion of the BS degree program, students should be able to:

  • Integrate insights from liberal studies, digital literacy, finance, and human behavior to analyze organizational systems, solve complex problems, and lead with adaptability across diverse contexts.
  • Demonstrate critical and creative communication skills—written, verbal, and digital—to convey ideas, foster collaboration, and navigate ethical dilemmas with integrity and civic responsibility.
  • Engage in lifelong learning, goal-setting, and inclusive leadership to motivate achievement, resolve conflict, and contribute meaningfully to organizations and communities through responsible action and reflective inquiry.

Upon completion of the BS degree program, students should be able to:

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the history, function, and challenges within each branch of the criminal justice system.
  • Evaluate data and research used in criminal justice to determine its value and application within the field.
  • Evaluate multiple perspectives to communicate effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Analyze components of the criminal justice system using evidence-based reasoning and develop well-supported recommendations for improving processes and operations.
  • Apply major criminology theories to decision-making in criminal justice.

Upon completion of the BS degree program, students should be able to:

  • Apply effective leadership strategies and knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry to managing people and projects.
  • Analyze current and future aerospace and defense practices and developments for implications on national security and politics.
  • Interpret data and make decisions using techniques from statistics and data analytics.
  • Use technological tools and weapons systems in the aerospace and defense industry to manage people and projects..

Upon completion of the Bs degree program, students should be able to demonstrate the required knowlede:

  • Apply interpersonal and organizational communication skills and strategies to effectively communicate information in professional settings to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Utilize digital and data literacy skills to evaluate and integrate evidence-based sources into professional research and decision-making.  
  • Apply critical thinking and strategic problem-solving strategies to collaboratively address complex problems. 
  • Demonstrate effective leadership strategies, including decision-making, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills in a variety of organizational settings.

Upon completion of the BS degree program, students should be able to:

  • Use critical thinking skills to analyze complex legal, ethical, or social responsibility issues in the context of the workplace.
  • Analyze organizational trends in budget, marketing, communication, and risk management to identify opportunities and barriers with the goal of strengthening current processes and future projections for an organization.
  • Apply best practices and foundational theories to key initiatives in the areas of communications, finance, marketing, human resource management, and business ethics to enhance effectiveness and performance in the workplace.

Upon completion of the Graduare certificate degree program, students should be able to:

  • Identify and discuss archaeoastronomical-related background, tools, and techniques to help enhance their knowledge and related research in the field.
  • Examine cultural insights yielded by archaeoastronomical evidence from Central and South America concerning architectural associations with the Sun and Venus, calendrical systems, shrine sites, and variations in Archaeoastronomy research methods based on the types of material evidence available.

Upon completion of the BS degree program, students should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

  • Apply financial analysis skills to evaluate budgeting, ethical, legal, and operational challenges in healthcare and support quality care decisions.
  • Apply critical thinking skills and organizational skills to design, assess, and improve healthcare programs, using evidence-based evaluation methods.
  • Implement operations management strategies to enhance workflow efficiency, support clinical processes, and achieve measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
  • Analyze ethical and legal frameworks to apply strategies that ensure compliance, protect patient rights, and support healthcare personnel.
  • Utilize healthcare management principles and leadership skills to drive innovation in addressing challenges within healthcare systems.

Upon completion of the BS degree program, students should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

  • Analyze how beliefs, values, and social and political movements shape and influence the experience of education and schooling.
  • Analyze and apply knowledge of development, motivation, and research-based instructional models to plan and implement diverse learning experiences that promote learning for all students.
  • Develop appropriate goals for student learning informed by standards, learning objectives, and student development needs, and design responsive learning experiences and assessments that address the diverse needs of all student learners.
  • Exhibit a critical consciousness of teaching and learning by articulating an understanding of the purpose of education and analyzing the intersection of culture, socio-cultural experience, and educational practice.

Upon completion of the BS degree program, students should be able to:

  • Synthesize conflict management and quality performance tools into strategies for organizational leadership. 
  • Communicate ideas and concepts, through writing and other media, from administrative leadership perspective.
  • Analyze organizational change through the lens of ethical resposibility, a commitment to diversity, and cross-cultural leadership in organizational cultures.
