Poster Printing
AGS Computing Services has a poster printer in NWC and SEC in our computer labs. The printers can print full color glossy posters up to 42″ in width and “unlimited” length. Please bring your poster file on a flash drive to one of our labs. Powerpoint slides tend to print best, but it will also print PDFs, Illustrator, etc. You can charge it to an account, or we accept exact cash and checks. The price is $8/ft for A&GS personnel and $12/ft for non-A&GS personnel.
Please contact agsit@ou.edu to schedule your poster(s) to be printed at least one week in advance but preferably two weeks in advance.
Desktop Support
AGS Computing Services provides desktop support for NWC and A&GS faculty, staff and students. This support includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting for PCs, Macs, Linux machines, hardware, software, networking, and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners and tablets.
Web Development
AGS Computing Services provides web development services including creation of database-driven websites utilizing PHP on a MySQL backend. We create, manage, update and write content for custom sites in the College.

Digital Screen Request
Please use this form in order to request a slide on the digital screens. If you would like to create your own slide to fit our screens, please make a JPG or PNG file that is 1920 x 1000 pixels. For the best quality, we suggest that you include nice graphics and contrasting colors. Use large, readable fonts and keep your text to a minimum. The quality may affect our ability to use your slide. Slides published at the discretion of the A&GS/NWC PR and Marketing team.
