Whether you are the first in your family to attend college, from a rural community, or looking to transfer to OU, you can thrive on our campus and impact not only your community, but also the world. During your day on campus, you will hear from OU faculty and staff, engage with current students, explore campus, and more! Learn all about how the University of Oklahoma will help you "sow the seeds" for your future as a student here and beyond.

8:30 AM - Opening Session: Molly Shi Ballroom - Oklahoma Memorial Union
9:45 AM - For Students: Foundations Mock Class
9:45 AM - For Parents & Supporters: Coaching Your Student to Success
10:45 AM - Campus Tour to Lunch: Couch Restaurants
11:30 AM - Lunch at Couch Restaurants (Lunch will be provided for all attendees)
12:30 PM - Paying for OU Informational Session: Forum Conference Room
1:30 PM - Finish Campus Tour to Oklahoma Memorial Union
2:00 PM - Ice Cream Social with Academic Partners & Campus Resources
3:00 PM - Sower's Day Concludes
