Brenda Lloyd-Jones, Ph.D., Associate Chair & Associate Professor
Dr. Lloyd-Jones received her doctorate in educational administration and research from The University of Tulsa. Her teaching interests include leadership and organizations, diversity in the workplace, and group dynamics and interpersonal skills. Her research interests focus on social identities and power differences with respect to gender, race/ethnicity, and generational cohorts in organizations. A 2013 Tulsa Shock Women of Inspiration Award, 2011 OU-Tulsa President’s Leadership award recipient and 2011 Women’s and Gender Studies Program Social Justice honorable mention, she is a certified mediator in Oklahoma.

Chad Johnson, Ph.D., Associate Professor
Dr. Johnson received his doctorate in counseling psychology from Pennsylvania State University. His research interests include social justice, religion/spirituality and psychology, and group psychotherapy. His teaching interests include individual and group counseling, theory, and social justice/multicultural theory and practice. He is a licensed psychologist in Iowa and Oklahoma and serves as Advisor to students pursuing the Clinical Mental Health Counseling major.

Professor Rodger Randle
Professor Rodger Randle’s teaching focuses on two main areas: international human relations and public policy. In addition, he does photography related to his work in international human relations. His work has been exhibited all over the state and recognized by the Oklahoma Arts Council. He recently hosted and facilitated a Helsinki-España student exchange event, as well as the 2011 Leadership Summit on Creativity in Tulsa. He serves as Director of the Center for Studies in Democracy and Culture.

Jody A. Worley, Ph.D., Associate Professor
Dr. Worley received his doctorate in educational psychology from Oklahoma State University. His research interests are in three distinct but related areas: research methodology, organizational behavior/occupational health (e.g., burnout, work-life integration, workplace diversity), and community psychology (e.g., quality of life issues for children and minorities). His teaching interests include organizational behavior, research methods, program evaluation, and quantitative analysis.
