Yolanda Gomez, M.D.
Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education & Designated Institutional Official
Dr. Gomez brings a wealth of experience in Graduate Medical Education to our campus. She is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in Pediatrics. She has been a Resident Program Director and served as the DIO at the University of Puerto Rico and the University of Texas Rio Grand Valley campus.
Director of Graduate Medical Education Programs
For more than 10 years, Melissa has worked with residents and in the Office of Graduate Medical Education. Melissa oversees the management of the office and assists residency program personal as needed. Similar to Dr. Saizow, Melissa works with all resident coordinator in all programs to ensure residents and fellows receive an exceptional education experience at the OU-TU School of Community Medicine.
Graduate Medical Education Coordinator
As coordinator in the GME Office, Kris is responsible for assisting programs in times of immediate need and when filling in for resident coordinators. Kris works to ensure the residency programs are compliant by following the ACGME program requirements.
Graduate Medical Education Staff Assistant
Nancy is the newest member of the GME team and service as administrative assistant to the whole office. Nancy is responsible for administrative duties within the GME Office.
