OU Marketplace
The OU Marketplace provides University employees access to University suppliers, catalogs, and contracts. Employees can search for specific goods or services using the OU Marketplace, compare offerings from different suppliers, and purchase directly through the platform. The OU Marketplace provides employees with a:
- Supplier Database. A comprehensive database of registered suppliers categorized by industry, product offerings, or geographical location.
- Product Catalogs. Supplier product catalogs with detailed descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Online Ordering: Order directly through the marketplace, streamlining the procurement process.
- Electronic Solicitations: Request sourcing events and identify qualified suppliers by name, good or service type, and experience.
- Contracts Database: Locate existing University contracts
All employees have access to shop catalogs, search suppliers and contracts, and request new suppliers. Additional access can be requested through the Security Access Form in the OU Marketplace.
