The Student Post office provides shipping services for outgoing, prelabeled FedEx and UPS packages along with quick access to stamps, flat rate boxes, and packaging supplies. Notary services are also available.
Payment accepted in cash or check only.
We do not provide money orders or passport photos. Passports may be obtained in the union of the OU Passport Office.

Students receive standard mail at their resident hall mailbox.
Outgoing mail with postage can be dropped in Resident Hall outgoing mailboxes or at the SPO.
Packages are sent and received through the SPO.
SPO will notify you via email that you package is ready* and your assigned pick up location.
University-issued ID is required. Virtual SoonerCard accepted.
*Delivery Confirmation from the sender does not indicate that your package is ready.
Check your delivery confirmation email from SPO for package location: RESIDENT LOCKER or SPO.
Verify the locker location indicated in your delivery confirmation email. When you arrive at the locker bay, follow the instructions on screen. You’ll need your OU ID and the pickup and validation codes provided in your email.
Packages not retrieved from the locker within 24 hours will be sent to SPO for on-site pickup.

*Only mail addressed to current students is deliverable. All other mail is returned to the sender as "Undeliverable as Addressed".
Residents should file a change of address at www.ou.edu/spo/change before they move off-campus to ensure mail delivery is not interrupted. Filing with the USPS will not forward your mail from a campus address.
