With a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship (Oklahoma) and a J.D. (Oklahoma), Robert "Bobby" Lepak teaches undergraduate business law classes in the Price College of Business including Legal Environment of Business and Law of Business Organizations. Prior to joining the full-time faculty at OU, Professor Lepak served as an adjunct instructor teaching several classes in Price College covering topics ranging from entrepreneurship to negotiation. He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and has been engaged in private practice since 2011. His practice focuses on oil and gas, real estate transactions, foreclosure, general civil litigation and advising start-ups and small businesses on a variety of issues.
