2018 Tax Forms - Online

Tax Forms Available Online – Enroll Now!

W2 Tax forms are available online as of January 24, 2019.

1095c Tax forms are available online as of February 5, 2019.

This tax season, employees will have the option to obtain their 2018 W-2 and 1095c documents electronically.  Obtaining these documents electronically offers many benefits, including the following:

Secure way to receive documents.

W-2 and 1095c statements are available earlier than the mailed version, providing additional time to prepare and manage tax filings.

Eliminates the possibility of lost or stolen statements.

Documents can be accessed any time, no need to retain paper documents.

Reduces paper and helps the environment.

Many leading tax preparation software providers allow taxpayers to import W-2 information in real time.

 

Employees who choose to consent for Electronic Delivery:

If an employee selects to consent for electronic delivery they will have access to their tax forms on your scheduled electronic availability date of January 25, 2019 . If an employee receives their forms electronically (PDF through the website) they can obtain as many free copies of the current year form as needed. The employee would only be charged if they requested a faxed or mailed copy sent to them from My Tax Form.

After December 31st, 2019 - W2 & 1095c copies for the 2018 tax year will be $18 for each additional copy, as they will be considered "prior year" forms.  

Employees who decline to consent to Electronic Delivery:

If an employee chooses "not" to consent for electronic delivery and wishes to receive a duplicate copy through My Tax Form, they can obtain these starting on the availability date of February 15, 2019 for the 2018 tax year.  Employees who did not consent to receive their W2 or 1095c electronically will receive one free copy through the website. Additional copies are $12.00 for current tax year forms (tax year 2018).

OU Norman employees will be able to access their 2018 W2 and 1095c documents online by visiting https://www.mytaxform.com/ after registering for the site, registry information is provided through one.ou.edu.
