No matter where you are in your educational journey, we have just the right living environment to help you succeed. All incoming first-year students are guaranteed an on-campus housing experience, and after your first year, there’s no need to leave campus. We have multiple housing options, ranging from suites to apartments, for our upperclass students to choose from.
Don’t forget about adding one of our meal plans to get the most out of your campus experience. With over 20 on-campus restaurants, including the world’s only all-you-can-eat Chick-fil-A in Couch Restaurants, you’re never far from your next snack or latte.
It’s time for you to complete your OU housing application to secure your home on campus next fall! The housing application is now open, and you have until May 1 to complete. Students must be admitted to OU before they can complete the housing application.
New this year: Room selection access times will be determined by your enrollment deposit date. To receive a room selection access time, you must pay your enrollment deposit by May 1 and complete your housing application.

After your first year, there's no need to leave campus! All bills and utilities are included, and rent can be charged directly to the Bursar.
Apartments are fully furnished, have complimentary Internet and 24-hour maintenance. All properties are within walking and biking distance of campus.
ATTENTION: Due to limited inventory, we have reached capacity for all upperclass housing locations for the 2024-2025 academic year and students have been placed on a waiting list. At this time, we are no longer able to accept additional applications for the Residence Halls (Residential Colleges, Couch and Walker Centers, David L. Boren Hall) for the 2024-2025 academic year. Applications for Traditions Square remain open.

The spring 2024 housing applications are open for first-year and upperclass students! Space is limited in the spring semester. While we strive to honor every student's housing preferences, all assignments will be made based on your application completion date and available inventory.
First-year students: As a first-year student, you have the opportunity to live in Cross Village, the Residential Colleges or the Residence Halls.
Upperclass students: As an upperclass student, you have the opportunity to live in Traditions Square, the Residential Colleges or the Residence Halls.
Commuter meal plan contracts for spring 2024 are now available through the housing portal.
The 2024-2025 first-year housing application is now open! If you complete a housing application and submit an enrollment deposit by May 1, you will be eligible to participate in room selection. The sooner you submit your enrollment deposit, the better, as room selection access times will be determined by your enrollment deposit date.

In order to complete your application, you must set up your OU account and email if you have not done so already.
Residents may move out of their housing assignment as early as April 28 and must move out 24 hours after their last final or by noon on Saturday, May 11, whichever comes first.
