To meet with your OIS advisor, make an appointment by calling our office or by simply walking in to our offie any time during business hours without setting an appointment in advance. You may also email the OIS advisor to schedule an appointment.
When you come to OIS for your appointment, please check in at the front desk. If your advisor is not available and your situation is urgent, a different advisor may assist you.

The normal document processing time for all student requests is 5-10 business (working) days.
Drop off your I-20 during our office hours or request a Replacement I-20 for travel. Travel signatures are processed within our normal processing time, except in true emergency situations.
