Details:
Bring your OUID and insurance cards to receive the Covid vaccine. Your OU ID and insurance cards or information are required at every scheduled appointment. We will request insurance reimbursement for the Covid vaccine. Many insurances (including OU CIGNA and OU Student Health Plan) are covering the cost. To ensure coverage, contact your insurance provider.
Students:
OU students who do not have health insurance may request the vaccine to be charged to the bursar account or may pay at the time of service. The estimated cost of the vaccine and administration is $150.
Faculty/Staff:
OU Cigna covers the cost of the Covid vaccine. If you are covered by another insurance, to ensure coverage, contact your insurance provider. You can check if we are contracted and in network with your insurance using the following information:
