About HASA

 
 
The Hispanic American Student Association's mission is to unite Latino students and those interested in the Latino community, organizations, staff and faculty through activities promoting community service, leadership development, diversity, and cultural awareness within the OU community and surrounding areas.


Our theme this year is “En la Union esta la fuerza”. Our main goal is to extend our outreach not only to Hispanics, but to other organizations on campus. HASA Members consist of Latino students from across the campus with members being involved in the following organizations:

· Pan-American Student Association (PANAM)

· Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE)

· National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ)

· International Bolivian Student Association (BISA)

· Latino Greek Council (LGC)

· Kappa Delta Chi Sorority (KDCHI)

· Omega Delta Phi Fraternity (ODPHI)

· Sigma Lambda Beta Fraternity (BETAS)

· Sigma Lambda Gamma Sorority (GAMMAS)

DU/HASA Water Wars, Wed 21st from 6-9 pm.

Delta Upsilon Fraternity and Hispanic American Student Association are inviting YOU to take part in this awesome event! Not only will there be a water gun/balloon fight, but there will also be LOTS of FREE FOOD, latin music, and fun!
