Fitness and Recreation has some great options to keep you active at home this summer.  

Summer Virtual FIT Pass 
Join virtual classes live through Zoom with Fit+Rec certified fitness instructors. All classes are designed to fit all fitness and experience levels. Options will be provided to accommodate the space and equipment you have available. Find the current FIT Class schedule at

  • The Summer FIT Pass is $15+tax.  Unlimited access to all classes May 18 - August 14.
  • To purchase a FIT Pass, download the OU Fit+Rec app or go to and create an account. Here are instructions for downloading and using the app. Use your OU email address and select University of Oklahoma as the school.  
  • Go to "Schedule" under the Fitness section. Select the first class you would like to attend and you will be taken to the payment page in order to join.  
  • To attend each class, reserve your spot with the OU Fit+Rec app, or through  The Zoom link for each class will be provided in the confirmation email once you reserve your spot.

Fit+Rec Facebook Live Classes

Current schedule is posted on the OU Fitness and Recreation Facebook page.

A variety of classes are offered each week including Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT, Strength Xpress, Stretch and Relax, and Guided Imagery.

Classes are 30-45 minutes in length and provide options for all levels. No equipment and minimal equipment options are provided.

FITness Anywhere
All Facebook Live classes are recorded and posted on our website,, on the FITness Anywhere web page. Here you also will find additional content to support your fitness and wellness. 

Virtual Personal Training
Prefer to work one-one or in a small group with a certified personal trainer? Each personalized 45-minute session is designed based on your goals and available equipment and space.  

Session Fees: 
One-on-One: $30 tax 
Small Group (2-5 people): $10 - $20+tax per person (fee based on group size)

F45 Workout At Home
F45 has created the F45 Workout at Home program. It is FREE to everyone and includes stretching, and body weight cardio and strength, circuit-style classes.

Access F45 Workout at Home through the F45 Challenge website or app. 

To create an account: 

  • Download the F45 Challenge app or go to the F45 Challenge website.

  • Create an account using your preferred email address   

  • Go to your profile and select F45 University of Oklahoma as your studio 

Already joined?  An update will be completed June 1, 2020 to include new formats. Make sure to go to your app store and update your app!
