How to Get a Sooner Card

To get your Sooner Card, a valid, non-expired government issued photo ID with name, date of birth and picture is required. For example, a state issued driver's license, passport, green card or military ID are accepted.

Your first Sooner Card costs $30 and the Sooner Card office accepts cash, credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. For information about replacement cards, click here.
