Intersession courses covers 16 weeks' worth of learning material in less time; Spring Session is 3 weeks & Winter Session is 4 weeks.

Students must drop their Intersession course by the 2nd day of class to receive a refund & no W.

Transfer Students:

You can be admitted as a visiting student through OU Admissions, and take classes before you begin pursuing your degree. You must be admitted to the semester in which you are trying to enroll!

  2. Select Spring or Fall semester
  3. Advanced Search
  4. Highlight all subjects
  5. Select Part of Term - Winter or Spring Session
  6. Click Section Search

*Students wishing to enroll after the 2nd day of class must get special permission of the professor and then email it to the Intersession Office, to formally register in the Intersession course.
