Professor Robertson Interviewed for WashPo's "Constitutional"

The Washington Post released the second installment of its "Constitutional" podcast earlier this month, and featured an interview with University of Oklahoma law professor Lindsay Robertson.

An affiliated faculty member of the IACH and the Chickasaw Nation Endowed Chair in Native American Law, Professor Robertson assisted in telling the story of Standing Bear v. Crook, an 1879 landmark legal case in which Ponca Chief Standing Bear succesfully sued for personhood under the U.S. Constitution.

Three episodes in, "Constitutional" is already a top-charted podcast, appearing just outside the top 100 on iTunes. Click here to subscribe. To listen to Professor Robertson's episode, "Ancestry," click here or listen below.
