The Office of Export Controls (OEC) exists to educate and support the University of Oklahoma in its responsibility to comply with U.S. export controls. U.S. export controls include the various federal regulations which regulate and, in some cases, restrict the export of controlled items, information and services to Foreign Persons, who may be located internationally or domestically.
