International Student Services
The University of Oklahoma International Student Services (OU ISS) has been providing services to international students for over fifty years. We assist more than 2,000 international students and their dependents from over 130 countries. ISS provides advice on issues related to student visas and US immigration regulations, as well as activities and programs to help students get involved in the international, OU, and local communities.

Premium Processing
This service is available for:
- Form I-765 for Optional Practical Training (OPT) or OPT STEM Extension.
- Form I-539 the Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status.
To request premium processing, complete the Form I-907 and pay the fee for this service through USCIS.
