Carolyn Clink, MACC, CIA, CFE
Carolyn Clink is an Audit Director for the University of Oklahoma Internal Audit department, and serves the University of Oklahoma, Cameron University and Rogers State University. She joined OU Internal Audit in September 2003.
Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Accountancy (MACC) from the University Of Oklahoma Price College of Business. She became a Certified Internal Auditor in June 2012, and a Certified Fraud Examiner in February 2014.
Carolyn currently serves as the Report It! Hotline administrator, assists the Chief Audit Executive, leads special investigations, and directs an audit team.
For more than 19 years, Carolyn has served the Board of Regents and University management through operational, financial, compliance, and investigative assurance and consulting projects.
Carolyn is a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), The Association of College and University Auditors, The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), The Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors (AHIA), and The IIA Oklahoma City Chapter.
