The undergraduate program in Construction Science is accredited by American Council for Construction Education since 1990
All Construction Science students are required to take the Associate Constructor Exam in their senior year prior to graduation. As shown in the table below our students consistently rank above the national average for the exam pass rate.
On average, construction science students have a 90 percent job placement rate upon graduation and have one of the highest starting salaries on campus. Salaries have been consistent over the last six years as shown in the 3rd table.
Our nationally recognized program consistently wins the Region V ASC/TEXO Student Competition and has won over 20 national awards and 60 regional awards in the past 10 years (See the Awards menu selection).
As shown in the last table, each year typically over $50,000 of scholarships are awarded to Construction Science students directly from the program and the industry and this does not take into account other scholarships students receive.
