Construction Science Capstone
Course Description: The capstone course is the culmination of the Construction Science undergraduate experience. The course required students apply multiple aspects of the preconstruction and project management processes in an integrated manner to a real-world construction project. Class participation required students utilize and extend their knowledge in a variety of areas of expertise typically required of construction managers. Course objectives also supported students in the further development of teamwork skills with the requirement that students assemble teams and assume the roles and responsibilities necessary to complete a number of preconstruction tasks.
The Project: Four Partners Place Multi-Tenant Office Facility and Data Center at the University of Oklahoma Norman campus.
