CNS 5013 - Construction Fundamentals II

(5003 and 5013 are Leveling courses for students without construction education or background – these courses may be waived and replaced with electives with sufficient construction education and/or experience)

 

Core Electives:

CNS 5203 - Emerging Trends in Building Processes

CNS 5303 - Lean Construction Management

CNS 5123 - Fundamentals of BIM  

CNS 5143 - Legal Issues in Construction

CNS 5313 - Advanced BIM

CNS 5403 - Leadership

CNS 5523 - Pre-construction Services
