Our small staff, plus our commitment to total service to current customers, prevents us from accepting all requests for our services.  In addition, we recognize that some collections are more difficult to market, with less return for us and profit for you.  Therefore, we must turn down some requests, if we feel it is not mutually profitable.  In some cases, if our schedule is too full to accept new business, we will keep your name on file  and contact you at our first opportunity.
