Dakota Page has spent the past few years bringing passion and energy to OU athletic events as a RUF/NEK, but now it's Sooner Nation's turn to cheer him on!

Dakota is from Claremore, Oklahoma, and a proud member of the OU RUF/NEKS, graduating with a degree in architecture from @ou_gibbs.

As part of OU's @ou_rufneks.lilsis, he's made memories that will last a lifetime: two unforgettable OU wins in the annual Red River Rivalry game, the Heisman statue unveilings for Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray, four consecutive national titles for OU Softball and his own RUF/NEKS Senior Night, where OU took down Alabama and the field was stormed — twice.

Dakota’s contributions to campus were recognized early and often, earning him honors as Outstanding Transfer Student and later, a Kristine Partridge Campus Life Award recipient.

But one moment stands above the rest:

"Even though these are awesome memories, my favorite memory is sitting on Owen Field on SEC Launch Day with @ou_president watching our first OU drone show together," said Dakota, who got another drone show with President Harroz and the Class of 2025 at Party at the Palace.

This summer, Dakota will intern with GH2 Architects in Tulsa before returning to OU for grad school in the accelerated master’s program.

Congrats, Dakota — thanks for keeping the Sooner spirit alive.

Years ago, Isha Jhingan’s mother accepted a nursing job at OU Health — a move that brought their family to the United States in search of new opportunities and a decision that changed everything.

This spring, Isha is graduating from @oucollegeofmedicine with her MD and preparing to begin a dermatology residency at that very same hospital. During her clinical rotations, she worked side-by-side with her mom, walking the same halls where her family’s journey first began.

"My favorite memory and greatest accomplishment while at OU is earning my MD, which still feels surreal," she said. "What made it even more meaningful was getting to complete clinical rotations at @ou.health alongside my mom. ... To now be graduating from the same institution that gave us our start in this country feels incredibly full circle. It's a deeply personal milestone, not just for me, but for my entire family."

On campus, Isha found a true sense of belonging — one that started on her very first visit.

"What I’ll miss most about OU is the incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming environment that fills every space on campus," she said. "I still remember stepping foot on OU’s campus during my senior year of high school, uncertain if this would be where I’d spend the next several years. But from the moment I arrived, I was struck by the energy, spirit, and pride that everyone had for the university. It was contagious.

"Whether it was hearing students talk passionately about their organizations, being greeted by faculty who truly cared, or walking through the South Oval during game days, I felt a sense of belonging that only grew stronger over time. OU quickly became more than just a school; it became a community that supported me, challenged me, and helped me grow."
